The first month of 2017 is nearly over and many people are struggling on how to maintain a regular fitness workout routine.   1. Exercise at least three times a week but don’t OVERDO it

Make sure you get plenty of sleep at night. It will give your body time to recover and adjust to your new fitness routine. Make sure to have at least one rest day in a week too. As you start out, a day of rest between workouts is also pretty ideal to prevent burn outs.

You won’t get any heavier no matter how much water you drink. You will surely lose a lot of fluids during workout, so make sure to replenish your fluid storage. Eat healthy too.
